About the role

n

This is a outstanding opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our Bistro/Restaurant - Mangoes. You must genuinely love engaging with guests, making them feel valued, cared for, and truly experiencing the heart of hospitality!

n

In this 'hands on' role you will be rostered across 5 days (including a half day admin day) to support our Venue Manager in daily operations and will:

- Follow standard procedures (around Restaurant/Functions operations including open/close and supervising staff and their breaks) as well as hands on F&B; service
n
- Enjoy meeting and greeting and building excellent relationships with guests to create the "fun experiences".
n




- Interact with guests to seek feedback to understand our successes as well as personally handling any guest complaints in a positive manner
n
- Coach and guide team members to deliver amazing service and quality standards and work closely with the Venue Manager, Executive Chef, other Supervisors and kitchen team to ensure a seamless operation throughout pass, bar and food service.

- Manage key elements including training, inductions, upskilling, mentoring, probation reviews and performance management of staff as required
n
- Identify opportunities to upsell and create revenue generating opportunities and ensure staffing levels and wage costs are managed
n

About You

n

n
- Previous Restaurant Management experience
n
- A friendly and enthusiastic nature, you will enjoy working hands on interacting with guests and working closely with our team
n
- Ability to coach and lead staff in daily operations across our venue
n
- Excellent communication skills to consult with and provide support to the Restaurant Manager and team
n
- Have a positive and proactive 'can do' attitude and ability to make a difference
n
- Great presentation, time management and attention to detail.
n
- Current RSA essential
n
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day week operation
n
