We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller. This role is a great fit for someone looking to grow within a Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement function with exposure to cross-functional teams and the chance to drive process improvements in a multinational work environment.

n

You'll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy across our Melbourne site and 3PL locations throughout Australia and New Zealand, collaborating closely with the Customer Service, Quality Control and Accounts teams.

What Your Day Looks Like

n

- Promote a safe, harmonious and results focused working environment.

- Perform regular cycle counts, stocktakes, and warehouse audits to maintain accuracy.
n
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and variances.
n
- Maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
n
- Support the management of slow-moving, damaged, or blocked stock.
n
- Driving engagement at all levels of the business about inventory.
n
- Facilitating the sharing of ideas in a way that supports achievement of key measures and drives continuous improvement within our inventory controls.
n
- Continuous review, improvement, and maintenance of operational activities to drive efficiency, service, safety, engagement, and value within the 3PL footprint.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Proficient in WMS software and MS Excel / Office Suite, SAP experience advantageous
n
- Previous experience in inventory control, or warehouse administration role
n
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
n
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Motivated, flexible team player with a positive "can-do" attitude.
n
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
n
- Great communication skills - comfortable liaising with team members at every level of the organization as well as our 3PL service providers.
n
- Demonstrated strong judgement along with decision making skills.
n
- Broad thinking, solution-focused approach with a drive for continuous improvement and success.
n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
n
- Proactive approach with initiative and problem-solving ability.
n
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
