TIG Telecom in Melbourne’s South Melbourne office is seeking a Voice & IT System Support Engineer to bridge UC engineering with IT infrastructure. The role blends PBX deployments, cloud telephony architecture, and general IT operations, with a robust client-facing element.

You will work across Avaya IP Office, Avaya Contact Centre, 8x8, MS Teams and 3CX deployments, while also handling IT operations like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, security and backups.
