An opportunity exists for a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join a busy team working on premium residential projects across Sydney.

This is a full-time position with consistent work, plenty of overtime available (with penalty rates), and attractive bonuses for high achievers.

You'll work on architecturally designed homes and major extensions, delivering exceptional workmanship in varied locations including the Hills District, Inner West, North West, and North Shore.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute all aspects of carpentry with solid attention to detail and high-quality finishes
n




- Read and interpret detailed construction plans
n
- Work independently and as part of a collaborative team
n
- Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members
n
- Solve problems on site with initiative and accountability
n

n

About You

n

n
- Minimum 5 years experience as a qualified/licensed Carpenter in NSW
n
- Demonstrated ability to deliver top-quality finishes
n
- Confident working alone and in a team
n
- Valid White Card and current OH&S; qualifications
n
- Own tools, driver's licence, and reliable vehicle
n
- Professional communication and presentation
n
- Trustworthy, hardworking, and solutions-focused
n
