Commerce is seeking a commercially minded Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own and grow a hybrid portfolio that blends named, high-touch relationships with scaled, digital programs. You will be directly accountable for Net Revenue Retention (NRR) as a core metric and drive outcomes across onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal, expansion, and advocacy.
