We work across a range of civil infrastructure projects and are known for reliable, high-quality workmanship in office.

The Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Pipelayer/Drainer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on site-based role working on civil trenching and drainage projects for commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lay, align and grade pipes for stormwater, sewer and drainage systems in accordance with plans and specifications
n
- Excavate and prepare trenches to correct depth,



width and grade for pipe installation
n
- Install pipe bedding, backfill and compact trenches to required standards
n
- Read and interpret civil engineering plans, survey marks and site drawings
n
- Operate and work safely alongside civil plant and equipment on active worksites
n
- Ensure all work complies with WHS requirements and relevant Australian Standards
n

Skills & Experience Required

n
- Relevant trade qualification in drainage/pipelaying, or at least 3 years' relevant hands-on experience in civil pipelaying/drainage work
n
- Sound understanding of trenching, pipe-laying and drainage installation practices
n
- Ability to read civil plans and work to grade/level requirements
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n

Other Requirements

n
- Reliable, physically capable of manual civil construction work
n
- Able to work as part of a small on-site crew
