A day in the life

n

You'll be a valued part of our kitchen brigade, working across a variety of outlets and offerings, including buffet breakfast in Banyalla Restaurant, dining in Riddells Green, in-room dining, and large conferences and events.

n

Working alongside our senior chefs, you'll take an active role in day-to-day kitchen operations, delivering service across multiple areas while maintaining quality and consistency.

n

We're looking for a Demi Chef who takes pride in their work, brings a positive, can-do attitude, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment.

Our team works across shifts throughout the week, including evenings and weekends, supporting the flow of service and overall business needs.
