Job Description
We're a founder-led global consulting company in the cybersecurity market, operating across Australia, Asia, and the UK. Our reputation is built on breaking away from traditional consulting models, embracing a direct and fresh approach that puts clients at the centre of everything we do. Our mission is simple: to be our clients' most trusted security partner by delivering impactful outcomes that build resilience, enable innovation, and improve competitiveness.
n
Our vision is to be the world's most trusted security partner, enabling organisations to protect today and prepare for tomorrow. We exist to secure organisations, empowering them to thrive in a digital world.
n
We live by our values: we are brave, we raise the bar, we tell it how it is, we own the outcome, and we care for all.
n
The Role
n
We're looking for a CrowdStrike Engineer to join our team and help our clients get the absolute best out of their CrowdStrike investment. This isn't a box-ticking implementation role. You'll be working directly with clients to design, deploy, and fine-tune CrowdStrike environments that genuinely reduce risk, not just satisfy an audit checklist. If you've got a genuine passion for endpoint security and enjoy solving real problems rather than following a script, we want to hear from you.
n
Experience with Next Gen SIEM platforms would be highly regarded, as many of our clients are looking to consolidate their detection and response capability into a single, modern platform. If you've also worked with Wiz, that's a reliable bonus and something we'd love to talk to you about.
n
What You'll Do
n
n
- Lead the design and deployment of CrowdStrike Falcon across a range of client environments, tailoring configurations to each client's specific risk profile.
n
- Fine-tune detection policies, manage sensor deployments, and troubleshoot issues to ensure clients get maximum value from their platform.
n
- Integrate CrowdStrike telemetry with Next Gen SIEM platforms where relevant, helping clients build a more complete picture of their security posture.
n
- Work closely with our broader consulting and delivery teams to translate technical findings into practical, actionable recommendations.
n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, communicating clearly and confidently in both technical workshops and leadership conversations.
n
- Stay across the CrowdStrike product roadmap and broader industry developments, bringing fresh thinking back into the team.
n
n
What You'll Need
n
n
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing CrowdStrike Falcon in production environments, ideally gained through consulting or a similar client-facing role.
n
- A solid understanding of endpoint detection and response concepts, with the ability to explain technical detail to non-technical stakeholders.
n
- Experience with a Next Gen SIEM platform, which is highly desirable.
n
- Exposure to Wiz, which would be considered a significant advantage.
n
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.
n
- Relevant certifications, such as CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator or similar, will be well regarded.
n
- A genuine drive to tell it how it is, own your outcomes, and care about getting the right result for our clients.
