This is an opportunity to lead a growing Digital Content function that's responsible for shaping the customer experience across websites, member portals and digital platforms. You'll manage a team of five while partnering closely with Product, UX, Marketing and Technology to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

What you'll be doing

n

- Lead a team of Digital Content Specialists
n
- Drive content strategy across web, mobile and customer platforms
n
- Improve SEO and AI search performance (AEO/GEO)
n
- Optimise customer journeys using analytics and customer insights
n
- Work across major digital transformation initiatives
n
- Partner with Product, Design, Technology and Marketing teams
n
- Establish best practice content governance and delivery processes
n
- Mentor and develop your team while building capability
n

What we're looking for

You'll likely have experience as a:

n

n
- Senior Digital Content Manager
n
- Digital Content Lead
n




- Content Strategist
n
- Digital Experience Manager
n
- Head of Content (small team)
n

n

You'll also bring

n

n
- Experience leading digital content teams
n
- Strong SEO knowledge with an understanding of emerging AI search optimisation
n
- Experience managing enterprise websites or digital products
n
- CMS experience
n
- Strong stakeholder management skills
n
- Data-driven decision making using analytics
n
- A team-oriented leadership style
n
- Experience within financial services, insurance, healthcare or another regulated environment would be highly regarded.
n
