The Role

n

As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment through preventative and breakdown maintenance.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Electrical fault finding and breakdown response
n
- Preventative and scheduled maintenance
n
- PLC fault finding and basic troubleshooting (desirable)
n
- Installation and commissioning of new machinery
n
- Continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime
n
- Maintaining food safety, quality and workplace safety standards
n
- Working closely with production and engineering teams
n

n

About You To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Current A-Grade Electrical Licence
n
- Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial or food production environments
n
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills
n
- Experience with motors, conveyors, VSDs, sensors and control systems
n
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
n
- A proactive, reliable and safety-focused approach
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift roster
n

Shift Pattern

This position operates on a rotating roster covering:

n

n
- Day Shift
n
- Afternoon Shift
n
- Night Shift
n

n

Regular weekend overtime is available and paid at applicable penalty rates.
