Professional Hair Care is a hair and beauty supply store seeking a full time customer service assistant - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

n

PHC sells all things hair and beauty to trade and retail customers in Blackburn

n

The incomingcandidate will need to have robust customer service skills to work in our busy store.

n

You would be joining a company which sells all the major brands in the hair and beauty industry. With approximately 6,000sku's our business has a diverse range of products.

n

To be successful you must:

n

Be a highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills.

n

Be organised and demonstrate excellent time management.

n

Have experience insales in a similar role

n





Be motivated and have a great eye for detail.

n

A hairdressing background is preferredasthese products are the main focus of the business.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

In store sales, assisting with customers in person and by phone.

n

Picking and packing orders, including invoicing and branch transfers.

n

Checking off incoming stock and restocking shelves.

n

Assisting with monitoring of all stock levels

n

Housekeeping and maintenance of the store

n

Assisting with opening and closing of the store.

n

Promotion of our major brands. Jeval and Fanola

n

Fulltraining will be provided on systems/procedures and core brands.

n
