We are recruiting for a Medical Representative to join our NSW Medical field team, detailing into Dermatologists and GPs.
n
To be successful in this role you must have an Australian Drivers Licence as you will be managing territory in South West Sydney and NSW rural regions.
n

- Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
n
- Develop and execute a robust territory business plan leveraging face-to-face as well as digital engagements with Dermatologists and GPs to create a personalised omni-channel experience for our customers.
n
- Drive growth in your territory through detailing the dermatological formulations to the prescriber database, resulting in recommendations.
n
- Liaise with key dermatologists and general practitioners within your territory to determine growth opportunities and implement synergie.s
n
- Playing an active role within the team to optimise performance and enhance the connection we have with our customers.
n
- Working in partnership with our medical, commercial and marketing teams to deliver objectives in line with our strategic objectives
n
- Input daily calls and reporting into Veeva CRM
n
- Collaborate closely with the territory brand buddy to develop business plans and call cycles, sharing intel and building joint relationships.
n
- Be a brand ambassador and host or attend a variety of engaging events/ conferences.
n
n
ABOUT YOU:
n
n
- Tertiary qualifications in pharmacy or in any other field of science preferred, but not essential
n
- Previous experience in medical sales dealing with General Practitioners or other medical specialists
n
- Demonstrated sales track record through superior influencing skills within the healthcare setting
n
- Experience in the area of skin care or dermatology will be viewed favourably.
n
- Have a growth mindset, show curiosity and willingness to learn and self-develop
