Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel/Pub management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

The Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- - Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
n
- - Manage and lead all hotel departments, including, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams.
n
- - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
n
- - Monitor and analyse hotel performance metrics, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback.
n
- - Train, mentor, and evaluate hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
n
- - Collaborate with the Owners to develop strategies to maximise revenue and occupancy.
n
- - Ensure compliance with health, safety,



and hygiene regulations.
n
- - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
n
- - Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of services and products.

Qualifications

n

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.

- - Strong leadership and team management skills.

- - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- - Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.

- - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
