Your Property Expert Estate Agents is a fast-growing agency specialising in residential sales and property management throughout Marsden Park and Sydney's North West.

We're looking for a motivated, energetic and customer-focused Junior Property Officer who is eager to build a long-term career in real estate. Whether you're starting out or have some industry experience, we'll provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.

About the Role

n

Working closely with our Property Management team, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
n
- Conducting routine inspections
n
- Coordinating maintenance requests with landlords, tenants and trades
n
- Responding to tenant and landlord enquiries
n
- Preparing leases and tenancy documentation
n
- Processing rental applications and reference checks
n
- Assisting with open homes and property viewings
n
- General administration and office support

About You

n

To be successful, you will have:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Qualified presentation
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
