The Role

n

Due to growth, the business has a fantastic opportunity for a Cleaning Contract Manager to join our Cleaning Operations division and the portfolio will be located in Geelong and the surrounding areas.

n

The role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, performance and continuous improvement in service delivery.

n

The role would be ideal for a detail-oriented person, who shares a passion for operational excellence, stakeholder engagement and team leadership.

n

Responsibilities

n

Management and ongoing maintenance ofcleaning contracts for the designated portfolio including the development of innovative solutions to meet client needs

n

Ensure profitability of the contract by controlling labour andpurchasing decisions

n

Continually reviewing the operation in order to develop efficiencies and cost reduction

n

Maintainstrong relationships with the client and ensure that issues are quicklyidentified,investigatedand resolved

n

Work with internal stakeholders and teams across the business to ensure consistent delivery of service outcomes

n

Coach, lead and mentor a team of cleaners to ensure work performance is in alignment with expected standards of performance

n





Ensure work is carried out in a secure manner and risks identified as per company process

n

Ensuring cleaning equipment is wellmaintained& available to minimise disruptions to service delivery

n

Complete site audits and ensure initiatives are implemented to ensure an uplift in service delivery and continuous improvement

n

Prepare reports in alignment within the business governance structure and defined KPIs are achieved

n

About You

n

Experience as a Contract Manager in cleaning, hospitality or service-based industries or a supervisor who is ready to advance their career

n

Candidates must have cleaning experience 5 plus years.

n

Completed tertiary studies in business management (highly regarded)

n

Demonstrated business acumen and ability to manage P&L; for designated contracts

n

Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)

n

Experience leading, coaching and mentoring teams

n

Strong stakeholder management skills in order to negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes

n

Ability to think laterally, in order to develop effective, efficient and productive solutions

n

Strong organisational and time management skills

n

Shares a passion for service delivery and the achievement of results
