Forklift Operator - Day shift 6am - 2pm start early August

Jobwire is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to join our meat production team on day shift. Start early August

n

This is a hands‐on role suited to someone comfortable working in a fast‐paced meat processing environment.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Loading pallets into freezers and blast freezers 10 degrees, operating Counterbalance Forklift
n
- Loading and unloading trucks in the yard
n
- Supporting Production and Warehouse with putting away stock both manual and forklift operation
n
- Operate pumps and transfer product into plate freezers
n
- Manually move frozen product blocks from plate freezer to conveyor/pallets
n
- Operate the palletiser
n
- Clean and maintain production and processing areas
n

About You

n

n




- Previous experience as Forklift Operator
n
- Previous meat or manufacturing background preferred
n
- Physically capable of manual handling and working in cold / freezer environments
n
- Able to follow SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards
n
- Reliable, punctual, and a solid team player
n
