Join our team at Henshall Hair in our BRAND-RECENT luxury salon on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in the heart of the Maroochydore CBD! You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding services to our valued clients. We have specialised in Hair Extensions for 15 plus years and love to create jaw-dropping transformations. For the Stylist Position and our Hair Extensionist position, we are flexible with Casual, Part-Time and Full-time positions and prioritise finding the right fit for our team.

We are a premium salon proudly aligned with L'oreal Professionnel and Kerastase Paris, specialising in delivering luxury haircare & colour experiences. As a L'oreal and Kerastase specialist salon, we stay at the forefront of innovation, education and excellence.

What we're looking for:

n

We're seeking an experienced hair stylist who brings knowledge, confidence, and expertise. We will offer mentoring and training in extensions so you can learn and develop new skills in a supportive setting.

n

We're seeking a hair extension specialist; experience is not essential but highly regarded. with no real-world experience that is totally fine, we will just need to base our evaluation on your current skill level.

n

No Hair Extension training required, we will train you in our methods.

n

We will offer mentoring and training in both roles so you can learn and develop new skills in a supportive setting.

n

Pay Rate:

n

$40 - $45 per hour + super + commission for a confident & experienced senior hairdresser

n

PLUS - GENEROUS bonus structure with easy to achieve targets,

Stylist Qualifications and Requirements:

n

Extensive knowledge of hair cutting, colouring, and styling techniques for all hair types

n

Proven ability to maintain a strong client base

n

Hair extension experience/knowledge is an advantage

n

A devotion to providing an exceptional client experience

n

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

n

Self-motivated, reliable, and honest

n

Neat and tidy presentation

n

Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends

n

Supportive and fair team player

n

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to maintain a conversational, educational, and empathetic approach with clients

n

Responsibilities:

n

Perform various hair treatments, including cutting, colouring, highlighting, colour corrections, balayage and styling

n

Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer recommendations

n

Maintain a clean and organised workstation

n

Provide outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction

n

Collaborate with the salon team to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for clients
