About the Role

n

As Gaming Manager, you'll work closely with the Venue Manager and wider venue team to lead the gaming department, balancing customer experience, team leadership, compliance and operational performance.

- Lead a gaming team that people are proud to be part of

- Get to know your regulars and deliver the kind of service that keeps them coming back

- Keep gaming operations running smoothly while maintaining the highest compliance standards

- Take ownership of your department's presentation, performance and day-to-day success
n
- Play an active role in the wider leadership team and contribute to the success of the venue

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience in a Gaming Supervisor, Gaming Manager or similar leadership role
n
- Robust knowledge of gaming operations and compliance requirements
n
- A hands-on leader who enjoys developing people
n
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
n
- RSA and RSG essential, CLO highly regarded
n
- Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
n
