Your Role & Our Approach
n
You will manage a sustainable caseload through a mix of clinic-based, mobile, and Telehealth services, with the majority of your week based in our state‐of‐the‐art facility alongside our collaborative team of 15+ dedicated professionals. Our core philosophy is centred on neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based, and family‐centred practice. Your work will be focused on building the functional capacity of our clients and empowering the supports around them.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

- Providing high‐quality, individualized direct and indirect therapy services.

- Supporting clinic growth by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.

Experienced Occupational Therapist — Leadership Pathway (4+ years experience)
n
We are interested in experienced OTs who demonstrate strong clinical skills and a passion for quality care. While we are not recruiting for immediate leadership/mentorship positions, we actively support suitable experienced clinicians to grow into leadership pathways over time, including mentoring, quality improvement projects, and contributing to team development.
