The Role

You will lead the guest journey, ensuring the service matches the high-end revival of our suites and food and beverage offerings:

- Operational Oversight: Manage daily reservations, check-ins, and guest billing with precision.

- Guest Experience: Act as the primary face of the hotel, delivering personalized service and managing guest relations.

- Collaboration: Partner with housekeeping and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations across the property.

- Proven Leader:
Experience in a supervisory role within high-end boutique or luxury hotels.

- Detail-Oriented: A passion for "old-school luxe" and the nuances of heritage property management.

- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Hotel PMS and reservation systems.

- Communicator: Polished, qualified, and capable of engaging a discerning clientele.
