Job Description

Mercor is seeking a UI/UX Design Expert for a remote contract position. You will design accurate grading criteria, score AI-generated and human work samples, and apply evidence-based judgments to improve model performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product design or design systems, deep fluency in interaction and visual design, and strong written communication. This is a remote contract role with competitive hourly pay.
