About the Role

n

As a Head Spa Therapist, you'll deliver deeply relaxing treatments including scalp massage, shampooing, hair-drying and consultations to help clients reduce stress and improve scalp and hair health.

n

No prior experience in head spa is needed — full training provided.

n

JOB ROLE SPECIFICS

Rate of Pay(permanent pay rates):

n

$26–$27 per hour for recent graduates.

n

$28–$35 per hour for experienced hair and massage professionals.

n

Penalty rates for Saturdays and Sundays.

n

Tips and monthly rebook incentives.

n

Hours:

n

Full-time or Part-time positions with guaranteed hours.

We are open 9am - 9pm, 7 days a week and offer morning and evening shifts. (please note most positions require a mix of morning and evening shifts)

What We're Looking For

n

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

n

Aminimum Certificate IV in Hairdressing or Certificate in Massage Therapy/Remedial Massage or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy

n

Previous salon or clinic experience in hair and/or massage and/or facial massage is essential.

n

A genuine interest in hair and scalp health, relaxation therapies, and holistic wellness.

n

Professional grooming and presentation, with strong communication and customer service skills.

n

The physical capacity for 6–8-hour shifts.

n

A willingness to learn and embrace Japanese wellness culture.

n
