We are currently seeking a Trades Assistant to join our modern workshop in Lynbrook. This is an exciting chance to be part of a successful and growing company.

Job Purpose:

n

This is a workshop based role, requiring the Trades Assistant to assemble and inspect engine packages consisting of pumps, industrial and marine power plants based on customer demand.

n

To perform this role the applicant will be required to follow build instructions and ensure attention to detail is achieved and we meet our quality assurance benchmarks.

Job Description:

n





The general purpose and primary focus of theTrades Assistant role should be, but not be limited to, as follows:

n

- To assemble and install accessory parts onto new engine packages (referred to as a build) which are then dispatched as a turn key product to the customer or end user.
n
- Follow build processes to ensure that the assembly procedures are checked off against the build sheet.
n
- Assist with moving inwards and outwards of parts and product as required.
n
- Undertake all other tasks as requested by the Workshop Supervisor/Engineering Manager.
n
- Attend toolbox meetings, follow OHS protocols, and must be safety focused.
