We're on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Representative to service the Singleton & Upper Hunter region. If you thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and representing a trusted leader in sustainable waste management—this is your opportunity.

This permanent, full-time field-based role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real difference. You'll be out on the road connecting with customers, growing your territory, and delivering exceptional service—from onboarding through to ongoing account management and upselling opportunities.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships across your territory
n
- Manage inbound leads and customer enquiries
n
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and secure new contracts
n
- Prepare quotes and deliver tailored waste management solutions
n
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales and account management KPIs
n
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
n
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
n

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience in sales and customer service

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Ability to manage your own territory and build lasting relationships

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
n
- Experience in the waste or related industry (advantageous but not essential)
