Job Description
Lead Educator (Full-Time) | $36.14 – $41.11 per hour | Lane Cove, NSW

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Lane Cove, located at 72 Burns Bay Road, Lane Cove NSW 2066, on a full-time basis experience working as a preschool room leader for 3-5 years. You will play a key role leading the daily learning program within your room, supporting educators, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment where children thrive.

What you'll do
n

- Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF
n
- Inspire and mentor Educators within your room
n
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
n
- Build strong, cooperative relationships with families and the local community
n
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies
n
- Support children's development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play-based experiences
n

What you'll bring
n
n
- A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
n
- Current Working with Children Check for NSW
n
- Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning workplace
n
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
- A collaborative and supportive leadership style
