We are seeking a full‐time Administrative Assistant to provide responsive administrative and office support that helps Rowland's day‐to‐day operations run smoothly. This role is well suited to an administrator with at least 3 years' experience who is eager to develop broader office, client support, and coordination skills.

We are seeking a full‐time Administrative Assistant to provide responsive administrative and office support that helps Rowland's day‐to‐day operations run smoothly. This role is well suited to an administrator with at least 3 years' experience who is eager to develop broader office, client support, and coordination skills.

Primary Responsibilities
n
n
- Provide professional client service, both written and verbal, including answering phones and assisting with client meetings
n
- Monitor the team inbox and coordinate day‐to‐day administrative requests, including document formatting, printing, couriers, deliveries, catering and travel
n
- Support the Corporate Affairs team with client account setup, quotes, letters of engagement, invoicing, budget tracking and tender preparation
n
- Assist with HR administration, document and SharePoint updates,
event coordination and maintaining the Coordinator Handbook.
n
- Maintain a neat and tidy office, including managing stationery, kitchen supplies and mail, and acting as a Fire Warden.

Qualifications & Experience

- 3 years administrative experience
n
- Customer service/Client interaction experience
n
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
