Job Description

Entrecôte Brasserie in Prahran, Victoria, is seeking a highly experienced Sommelier to lead our beverage program and elevate wine service to current heights. You will mentor staff, design wine pairings, and ensure guest experiences mirror our French hospitality.

With a strong foundation in wine, including WSET Level 2 (preferred) and at least two years in a busy venue, you'll deliver memorable service, foster excellence, and help create the refined dining atmosphere our guests expect.
