Operations Coordinator (Growth role - Mining & Construction)

Are you an organised all-rounder who likes variety and wants to grow? We're a growing modular and prefabricated construction business delivering accommodation and fit-out solutions for large-scale projects, and we're looking for an Operations Coordinator to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a central, trusted role with real ownership from day one — and a genuine path to grow into an Operations Manager as the business expands.

What you'll be doing:

n

Coordinating procurement of materials and components, and logistics between overseas manufacturing partners and Australian project sites

n

Raising and tracking purchase orders and liaising with suppliers on pricing, lead times and delivery

n

Supporting freight, shipping, import documentation and delivery to site

n

Running day-to-day office administration — scheduling, documentation, correspondence and records

n

Looking after everyday IT and coordinating external IT providers

n





Assisting with contract administration — documentation, variations, progress claims and correspondence

n

Being the reliable all-rounder who picks up tasks across the business so nothing falls through the cracks

n

What you'll bring:

Organised, versatile and eager to learn

n

A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done

n

Comfortable with technology and happy to be the team's practical problem-solver

n

Strong communicator who thrives in a small, busy team

n

Some experience in admin, operations, logistics or IT is helpful — but attitude and initiative matter most

n

$85,000 – $10,000 + super, with reviews tied to taking on more
