Talenza are partnering with the Transformation Group to hire 6 Developers for their new client on a 12 Month FTC starting in August/September. They're entering an exciting phase of growth and technology evolution. With a strong foundation already in place, including a cohort of developers who have been upskilled across legacy systems, the business is now investing heavily in modernising its technical landscape.

n About the Role

n

You'll be joining a growing engineering function focused on delivering key transformation initiatives across the business. The role will give you exposure to both contemporary and legacy environments, with a focus on uplifting capability and driving innovation.
n Key projects include:

- Migration of the existing payment platform to Stripe
n
- Contributing to an innovation and automation program, including AI-driven initiatives and data upgrades
n




- Supporting broader transformation efforts such as warehouse optimisation, HR platform improvements, and dashboard development ("wayfinding")
n

n

This role would suit someone who enjoys working across a variety of projects and wants to play a hands-on role in modernising systems and processes.
n Skills & Experience

n

n
- Azure Functions and/or AWS Lambda experience
n
- Git and CI/CD pipeline experience
n
- 4-8 years of commercial development experience
n
- Interest in modernisation, automation, and emerging technologies (including AI)
