About the Role

n

We're recruiting for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join a well-established financial services organisation in Brisbane CBD, on a 10-week contract covering parental leave.

n

This is an onsite role providing local, hands-on IT support to staff, working closely alongside the client's offshore Help Desk team based in Manila to deliver seamless day-to-day technical support across the business.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Solid experience in a Desktop Support / Service Desk Level 2 role
n
- Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365
n




- Hands-on experience with laptop imaging and device troubleshooting
n
- Comfortable working onsite and liaising with an offshore support team
n
- Financial services experience highly regarded
n
- Professional, reliable, and able to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time
n
- Available for an ASAP start on a 10-week contract
n
