About the Role – Fleet Controller Trainee

This is afull-time, permanent positionwith aMonday to Friday schedule, based inNorthmead.

This hands-on training role is designed for individuals seeking a long-term career in transport and logistics. As a Fleet Controller Trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, learning how to manage fleet operations, coordinate drivers, and efficiently allocate jobs.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with job allocation and fleet coordination.
n
- Supporting drivers and clients with their inquiries.
n
- Learning to strategically allocate work to maximise efficiency.
n
- Collaborating closely with the operations and allocation teams.
n
- Assisting with general depot operations and freight management.
n
- Handling basic administrative tasks to support the team.

What We're Looking For

- Possess strongcommunication skillsand attention to detail.
n
- Havefull working rights in Australia(Citizen or Permanent Resident).
n
- Demonstrate awillingness to learn and developin a agile environment.

- Have good knowledge of theSydney area(or a willingness to learn).

- Are reliable, have their own transport, and possess a strongwork ethic.

- Havebasic computer literacy(training will be provided).
