As an Assistant Venue Manager in M&G; Café & Harvest Buffet, you will be a pro-active and enthusiastic individual who is an expert within leading a large and diverse team. In this role you will assist with the day–to-day operation of these high volume venues providing effective management of a energetic team.
n
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your food and beverage leadership and customer service skills.

A few of your responsibilities:
n
n
- Maintain a high level of guest focus in all services, ensuring that guest service delivery is effective and efficient
n
- Coordinate operational functions that include rostering requirements, standard operating procedures, training and performance management
n
- Ensure compliance with the Responsible Service of Alcohol and relevant provisions of the Liquor Act
n
- Assist with the selection, training and development of the team to ensure timely recruitment and career growth opportunities
n
- Assist the Venue Manager to achieve operational and financial targets
n
n
What are we looking for:
n
n
- Food & Beverage leadership experience with a thorough knowledge of food and beverages
n
- A passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and leading operational teams to deliver great guest experiences
n
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests and team members
n
- Highly organised, accountable, and eager, with a high attention to detail
n
- Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol – RMLV/Approved Manager an advantage
n
n
