We are seeking a passionate, operational, and capable Construction Manager / Director to join our Construction Leadership Team and oversee the delivery of a $2B+ pipeline of mixed-use residential developments!

What You'll Be Doing:

n

- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards (working closely with Commercial Director)

- Coordinate, motivate and operationally assist project teams, to work collaboratively towards achieving project objectives
n
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies to ensure projects remain financially viable
n
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to guarantee that construction processes align to our compliance and standards (working closely with our Quality and Compliance Manager)
n




- Foster effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure project progress and compliance with regulations
n
- Upskill team members within the Project & Site Delivery divisions
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Trade background OR tertiary qualification in Construction Management, or a related field.
n
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects, particularly in high-rise mixed-use residential projects
n
- Solid leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and achieve results
n
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
n
- Proficiency in project management software - Procore and CHEOPS experience is preferred
n
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes within Residential construction
n
