The Opportunity

n

We're on the lookout for skilled and enthusiastic Finance Integrations & Projects Officer to join our team.

n

This role provides administrative and operational support across the finance function, with a focus on finance integrations, acquisitions, system implementations and finance related projects.

n

The role supports the onboarding and transition of newly acquired entities, finance process improvements, and operational transition activities across the organisation.

n

At times the role will also provide broad finance operations support with billing, accounts payable and leave coverage within the team.

Requirements

n

n
- Previous experience in a finance, senior administration, project support or operational support role.
n
- Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office applications.




n
- Experience managing administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
n
- Solid communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Current Drivers Licence.
n
- Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
n

Desirable

n

n
- Certificate 4 or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, Project Administration, or related discipline.
n
- Exposure to finance systems, ERP Systems, procurement systems or billing platforms.
n
- Experience in Aged Care, healthcare, Retirement Living or multi-site organisations.
n

To be considered for employment with Respect, each candidate must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.
