The Opportunity

We have an exciting chance for a part time Secondary Dance Teacher to join our team at Chinchilla Christian College, commencing Term 1, January 2027.

n

Remuneration

n

As a Dance Teacher, you will receive a pro rata remuneration package circa $90,379 - $129,751 plus super per annum, based on your experience level.

Qualities, Qualifications, Skills

n

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for teaching Inclusive Education.

n

You will be required to:

n

Provide a current Christian church leader as a referee,

n

Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Education, or Graduate Diploma if you hold a Bachelor in a different field,

n

Be a qualified teacher with QLD College of Teacher's Registration (QCT) or can obtain QCT Registration,

n

Support the College's mission, aims and values,

n

Have a strong knowledge of the curriculum and be able to teach it from a Biblical perspective,

n

Contribute to co-curricular activities,

n

Confidently lead student learning within a productive classroom workplace,

n

Demonstrate strong organisational skills, with an ability to effectively prioritise, and

n

Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.

n
