An exciting chance exists for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Financial Adviser Manager to join a well-established and growing financial planning business.

n

This role is ideal for a senior adviser who enjoys both client engagement and team leadership, with the opportunity to manage an existing portfolio while mentoring and supporting a high-performing advice team.

n

About the Role

n

You will be responsible for managing approximately $400K Book Value, with support from a financial planning team of approximately 8-9 staff across advice, paraplanning, client services, and operations.

n

The existing team structure includes:

n

- Multiple Paraplanners
n
- Client Service Officer support
n
- Operations Lead
n
- Additional Financial Adviser support
n
- Combination of onshore and offshore team members
n

n

This is a leadership-focused role suited to someone who enjoys coaching, process improvement, client relationship management, and driving strong advice outcomes.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage and nurture an established portfolio of high-value fee-for-service clients
n
- Grow the client base
n
- Incoming leads from Accounting team
n




- Conduct strategic review meetings and provide holistic financial advice
n
- Drive client engagement and retention initiatives
n
- Work closely with operations and paraplanning teams to ensure efficient workflow management
n
- Support business growth initiatives and contribute to overall strategic direction
n
- Ensure compliance and best practice advice standards are maintained
n

About You

n

- Experienced Financial Adviser with leadership or management experience
n
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
n
- Proven ability to manage high-value ongoing client relationships
n
- Experience working within holistic financial planning environments
n
- Strong understanding of compliance and advice processes
n
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop support staff and junior advisers
n
