Job Description
Process Manufacturing Trainer / Assessor

Access Knowledge is an established RTO providing quality training to students, including students with a disability and/or learning need. We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and industry-current Process Manufacturing Trainers and Assessors to support the delivery and assessment of the nationally recognised MSM30116 Certificate III in Process Manufacturing. This role is suited to a practical and engaging trainer who can connect with learners and maintain high standards of RTO compliance.

About the Role
n
As a Trainer / Assessor, you will deliver training, conduct competency-based assessments, provide learner support, and maintain accurate records in line with RTO requirements. This is a casual position with training dates and hours of work to be determined, with work offered based on organisational needs.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Deliver engaging, learner-focused training sessions for Process Manufacturing units and qualifications.
n
- Conduct valid, reliable and compliant competency-based assessments.
n
- Support learners throughout their training journey, including providing timely feedback and guidance.
n
- Maintain accurate training, assessment and attendance records.
n
- Ensure training and assessment practices align with the Standards for RTOs, relevant training package requirements and workplace expectations.
n

Qualifications
n
n
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or above, preferably TAE40122 or TAE40116 with required upgrades.
n
- MSM30116 Certificate III in Process Manufacturing.
n
- Vocational competencies in Process Manufacturing at least to the level being delivered and assessed.
n
- Current industry skills and experience directly relevant to process manufacturing.
n
- Experience delivering training and assessment in an RTO, workplace or similar learning environment.
n
- Experience delivering and assessing training for people with disabilities and learning needs.
n
- Robust communication, facilitation, organisation and time management skills.
n
- Commitment to compliance, quality training outcomes and continuous improvement.
n

Highly Regarded
n
n
- Experience delivering MSM30116 Certificate III in Process Manufacturing or related manufacturing qualifications.
n
- Experience with workplace-based delivery, practical assessments or verification of competency activities.
n
- Experience in supporting people with disabilities in a training environment.
n
