We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and professionalTelemarketer / Appointment Setter to join our growing team full-time.

n

This isn't your typical call centre role.

n

You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building high-quality prospect databases, speaking with business decision-makers across Australia, and booking appointments for our Business Development team. You'll play a vital role in supporting the continued growth of one of Australia's most established commercial cleaning companies.

Your Responsibilities

n

As our Telemarketer, you will:

n

n
- Make outbound B2B calls to prospective clients across Australia.
n
- Introduce our company and services in a professional and engaging manner.
n
- Build rapport with business owners and key decision-makers.
n
- Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.
n
- Book high-quality appointments for our Business Development Managers.
n
- Research businesses and identify key contacts.
n
- Build and maintain accurate prospect and lead databases.
n
- Source new leads through online research, LinkedIn, company websites and other platforms.
n
- Update, cleanse and maintain accurate customer information within our CRM.
n
- Record detailed notes and maintain an organised sales pipeline.
n
- Follow up warm leads and nurture prospective clients.
n
- Work towards achievable daily, weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, lead generation and appointments.
n
- Assist in developing new lead generation strategies and identifying recent target markets.
n
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to support ongoing business growth.

About You

Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation, outbound sales, customer service or business development is highly regarded but not essential.

n
