Job Description
Probe Group is looking for a Collections Agent to drive outbound payments, negotiate arrangements, and manage account holds. The role requires solid communication, CRM navigation, and conflict-resolution skills in a fast-paced, hybrid setup.

Work is 38 hours per week on a rotating schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM) with Wed/Thu in-office and three days WFH. Start date is 10 August 2026, with full work rights in Australia and a permanent contract.
