An established commercial real estate agency is looking for an experienced Head of Property Management to lead its Property Management division.

Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, mentor and develop the team, maintain key client relationships, and drive the continued growth and performance of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the Commercial Property Management team.

- Build and maintain strong landlord and client relationships.
n
- Support business development and portfolio growth.
n
- Improve systems, processes and operational efficiencies.
n
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and agency standards.
n
- Monitor team performance and departmental KPIs.

- Extensive Commercial Property Management experience.

- Previous leadership or team management experience.
n
- Solid understanding of commercial leases and legislation.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Commercial mindset with the ability to drive team performance and growth.
