The Opportunity

Reporting to the Directors, you'll lead the state operation, mentor and develop a high-performing recruitment team, strengthen client relationships, drive business development, and ensure operational excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership role offering the autonomy to make decisions, influence strategy, and create real impact.



Lead our fantastic Brisbane QLD 4000 team and help drive the next chapter of our growth.

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years' experience managing a recruitment branch or state.
n
- Proven leadership and business development success.
n
- Solid commercial acumen and recruitment industry knowledge.
n
- Experience in a blue-collar industry is desirable
n
- Any past blue-collar recruitment experience
