The Role

n

In this role, you will be the backbone of our vehicle dismantler and refitting team. You will be responsible for systematically dismantling vehicles and then the meticulous refitting vehicles post-repair.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Dismantling: Safely and efficiently remove mechanical parts, body panels, electrical components, and interior trim from a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.
n
- Refitting: Reassemble vehicles after panel beating, painting, ensuring all parts fit perfectly and meet safety standards.
n
- Quality & Inventory Check: Inspect damaged vehicle for extra damaged parts, test functionality where applicable.
n
- Fluid Management: Safely drain and dispose of vehicle fluids (fuel, oil,



coolant, refrigerant) in accordance with environmental and safety regulations.
n
- Tool & Shop Maintenance: Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe. Maintain air tools, hand tools, and lifting equipment.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive dismantling, mechanics, panel stripping/fitting, or a similar hands-on automotive role.
n
- Technical Savvy: A solid understanding of automotive components, wiring, and modern vehicle assembly methods.
n
- Tools: Ownership of your own basic hand tools and air tools is highly preferred.
n
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy components and standing for long periods.
n
- Attitude: A strong eye for detail, a commitment to workplace safety, and a team-player mindset.
n
- Licensing: A valid Driver's License is required.
n
