Role

n

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our Service and Distribution team, including:

n

Coordinating warehouse, dispatch and transport activities to ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time.

n

Planning and scheduling service, warranty, glazing and after-sales work.

n

Leading and developing a team across warehouse, transport and field service operations.

n

Managing company vehicles and ensuring fleet compliance and servicing requirements are met.

n

Driving continuous improvement initiatives across service and distribution operations.

n

Monitoring inventory, product quality and warehouse standards.

n

Ensuring compliance with workplace safety requirements, SOPs and company procedures.

n

Working closely with internal departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

n

Applicants should have

n

You are an experienced leader who enjoys improving processes, motivating teams and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

Previous experience supervising warehouse, logistics, transport or distribution operations.

n

Experience coordinating field service or installation teams (highly regarded).

n





Strong leadership and people management skills.

n

Excellent organisational and planning ability.

n

A customer-first approach with exceptional communication skills.

n

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound operational decisions.

n

Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.

n

Experience using business systems and reporting tools.

n

Experience within the building, manufacturing or construction industry would be highly regarded.
