About the Opportunity

Our Client is seeking a strong Clinical Care Leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care within a residential aged care setting.

n

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will lead the clinical team and take ownership of care planning, medication management, infection control, risk management and compliance. This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being visible on the floor while also driving systems, standards and continuous improvement.

n

You will play a key role in ensuring the service meets Aged Care Quality Standards, Accreditation requirements and AN-ACC funding optimisation while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and mentor Registered Nurses and clinical staff
n
- Oversee clinical governance, compliance and quality systems
n
- Manage care planning, assessments, case conferences and documentation
n
- Drive AN-ACC submissions and optimise funding outcomes
n
- Support infection control, risk management and audit readiness
n
- Oversee clinical rosters and workforce planning
n
- Contribute to strategic service development with the Service Manager
n




- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families and allied health
n

About You

n

You are an experienced aged care clinical leader who understands the balance between compassionate care and operational accountability.

n

You will bring:

n

n
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration (RN)
n
- Demonstrated leadership experience in residential aged care
n
- Strong knowledge of AN-ACC, Aged Care Quality Standards & Accreditation
n
- Experience in clinical governance, compliance and continuous improvement
n
- Confidence in mentoring staff and building high-performing teams
n
- Solid documentation and electronic care management system skills
n
