About the Role

n

As Centre Director, you will provide inspirational leadership across all aspects of the service, creating an workplace where children, families and educators feel supported, valued and connected.

n

n
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Centre, ensuring a safe, engaging and high quality learning environment.
n
- Inspire, mentor and develop a passionate team of educators.
n
- Drive excellence in education through the National Quality Framework, EYLF and continuous quality improvement.
n
- Oversee compliance, staffing, occupancy, budgeting and centre operations.
n




- Foster a positive, collaborative culture built on trust, respect and shared success.
n
- Build meaningful partnerships with families and strengthen connections within the local community.
n
- Champion child safety and ensure the highest standards of care and education are maintained.
n
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across the service.

About You

n

You are a passionate and experienced early childhood leader who believes strong relationships are the foundation of exceptional education.

n

n
- A minimum of three years' experience leading an Early Childhood Education and Care service.
n
- An ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification.
n
- A thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and the Early Years Learning Framework.
n
- Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
n
- Confidence managing centre operations, compliance, budgeting, occupancy and workforce planning.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- A collaborative leadership style that empowers others and values individual strengths.
n
- A genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences for children, families and educators.
n
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualifications
