Your Role Across 3 Key Operational Streams:

n

You will be working across three core terminal areas, allowing you to build broad skills or focus where your interests lie:

n

n
- Passenger Services & Check-In: Delivering face-to-face customer care, managing digital check-in systems, and handling voyage administration.
n
- Biosecurity & Vehicle Inspections: Assisting with vehicle lane checks to maintain biosecurity regulations before boarding.
n
- Freight & Logistics Operations: Managing commercial transport check-ins, weighbridge documentation,



and coordinating yard logistics in a live freight environment. (Ideal for candidates who enjoy structured admin and supply chain operations!)

What We Are Looking For:

- Organised, attentive individuals with solid computer literacy and administrative confidence.
n
- Great communication skills and a skilled approach to customer service and policy application.
n
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in an active terminal environment.
n
- Availability for flexible morning, afternoon and weekend shifts.
