An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the build and delivery of a major enterprise Case Management System implementation.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the build and delivery of an enterprise Case Management System implementation.
n
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, budget, resources, schedule, risks and dependencies.
n
- Establish effective Agile delivery practices, governance, reporting and team operating rhythms.
n
- Lead cross-functional business, technology and vendor teams to achieve key milestones.
n
- Manage SaaS vendors and delivery partners, including performance, contracts, variations and commercial negotiations.
n

Key Skills and Experience

n

n
- Senior experience working as a Senior Project Manager
n
- Previous experience implementing enterprise case management systems or comparable business platforms.
n
- Strong Agile delivery experience, with the ability to apply hybrid or waterfall approaches where appropriate.
n
- Demonstrated vendor management experience involving SaaS providers, system integrators or external delivery partners.
n
- Experience working within government, the public sector or a highly regulated workplace.
n
