We are searching for an experiencedService/Operations Managerto lead their Brisbane operations. This pivotal leadership role oversees service teams (internal and field based)/operations/warehousing, ensuring delivery of the agreed goals and business profitability.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and mentor the team to achieve productivity and service
n
- Oversee daily field and internal service operational processes and aim to improve efficiencies
n
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, promoting a zero‐harm culture
n
- Act as the key liaison for customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
n

n

We are seeking a candidate with:

n

n
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to engage teams
n
- Proven experience managing service teams (mechanics/technicians)
n




- Ability to work with your team to prioritise workloads, and adapt to changing deadlines
n
- Excellent communication skills and capability to build strong customer relationships
n
- Strong technical/service ops background (ex mechanic or equivalent highly regarded)
n
