The Role

- Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred clinical care
n
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
n
- Provide leadership and clinical guidance to care staff
n
- Ensure safe, effective, and individualised care for residents
n
- Contribute to clinical risk management and continuous improvement
n
- Advocate for residents' dignity, choices, and wellbeing
n

What We're Looking For

n

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n




- Minimum 1 year nursing experience (aged care highly regarded)
n
- Strong clinical judgement and confidence in decision-making
n
- Reliable, adaptable, and genuinely compassionate approach
n
- Commitment to quality care and resident outcomes
