Join Noosa Private Hospital as a casual Administration Officer!

The role requires someone who can remain calm, organised and resilientin a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

You will also bring the following:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of staff—both clinical and administrative—as well as a diverse group of patients
n
- Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is not essential but highly desirable
n
- Strong problem-solving skills
n
- Exceptional customer service abilities
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
- High level of attention to detail
n
- Strong computer literacy - the ability to navigate multiple IT systems quickly and accurately
n
- Ability towork autonomously
n
- Ability to work at short notice
n
- Willingness to learn and adapt
n
- Experience with hospital patient administration systems or private practice software (desirable)
n
- Understanding of private health insurance and patient billing (desirable)
